With over 20 years in technology and leadership at Michelin, Shwetha saw that climate awareness was growing — but real action was missing. In 2023 she identified the gap and proposed the idea of Competencies for Planet from within Michelin, became a Climate Fresk & Digital Collage facilitator, and delivered green competency programs for 800+ participants. In 2025 she left Michelin to pursue the mission full time, incorporating Yujir Planet Competencies together with her mother, who believed in the idea from day one. Today Shwetha is the vision driver and strategy architect — overseeing partnerships, innovation roadmaps, and ensuring every effort aligns with long-term impact.
